Application via Qualification Routes
Certify your ability to produce legally required Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for non-domestic buildings across the UK
EPC
CIBSE Certification accepts applications made by applicants who hold a specific Energy Assessors Qualification via ABBE, NFOPP or City & Guilds. We aim to provide applicants a certification opportunity through a UKAS accredited certification body that offers recognised certification in the industry and demonstrate their competence further by joining the CIBSE Certification Low Carbon Consultants Register.
Applicants will need to demonstrate their competence and submit evidence to the scheme. The scheme shall assess the information provided by the applicant to enable the applicant to become certified with the scheme.

There is NO assessment fee for the Qualification route application. The annual registration fee for the LCEA EPC register is £330.00 + VAT and calculated on a quarterly pro rata basis if joining part way through the registration year September to August.
The EPC registration includes FREE entry on the Low Carbon Consultants (LCC) Design Management and Simulation registers.
DEC
