Update

We are making improvements to our systems that will enhance your experience going forward, from Friday 8 May 8am - Monday 11 May 8am.

To avoid any disruption, please ensure all assessments are lodged by the end of day on Thursday 7 May. 

According to the Scheme Operating Requirements (SORs) the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) requires CIBSE Certification, and every other NDEA scheme to audit a specific percentage of certificates lodged from all our registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEAs).

In order to streamline the QA auditing procedures of the SORs, CIBSE Certification operates an online Quality Assurance Portal. The portal allows our assessors to respond to QA audit requests, to upload the relevant files and to review feedback and results.
