Compliance
Renewals
The renewal period is now upon us and to ensure we invoice you correctly please let us know if any of your employer details have changed including contact details.
We also need you to be up to date with all compliance requirements, for example,

Up to date insurance documents (PII/PLI)
-
Signed up to date Certification Code of Conduct (now rev 16)
-
LCC Simulation registrants need to submit up to date SBEM/DSM software certificates from your software provider

The scheme requirements can be found in the relevant scheme description document(s) for the strand(s) that you are registered for and can be downloaded here.
Certification Code of Conduct
The CIBSE Certification Code of Conduct has been updated and the new revision is required to be signed by all registrants to maintain compliance. A signed copy must be returned to us at epc@cibsecertification.org.
You can download the new revision here.
Certification Rebranding
A reminder that the new CIBSE Certification logos have been released. It is a compliance requirement that all registrants replace use the old logos with the new logos.
Please email epc@cibsecertification.org for an updated marketing toolkit.
NB. LCEAs can download the LCC and LCEA marketing toolkits from the Lodgement Portal Downloads area.
