E-newsletter December 2022

Dear Colleague,
Welcome to the December edition of the CIBSE Certification newsletter.

Digital ID cards and certificates

Thank you for renewing your registrations. You will have received an email from us with a link to your digital ID card, but it appears that many of you have not yet clicked on the link.

Please check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folder or contact us at epc@cibsecertification.org if you require us to resend the email to you.

Reminder: keep your CPD record up to date

We will be conducting our annual CPD audit in the new year and the easiest way of making sure that this has no impact on you is to ensure that your CPD record for 2022 is up to date and complies with the CIBSE Certification requirements as stated in CCP 111 - CPD Requirements.

DLUHC audit

We recently had our audit from DLUHC. We would like to share that we were successful in completing this audit and received the following comments:

"The Auditors have noted in their report that CIBSE has gone over and above the requirements of the SORs, which include auditing 100% of their members against minimum annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirement; and checks on their members right to work in the UK.

CIBSE have also implemented a well-structured data base. Their ongoing work on smart rules has seen as an exemplar which other Schemes would benefit from and the introduction of digital ID card to all their members making the checking and validation of membership an active process."

Help us improve CIBSE Certification

As a registrant of CIBSE Certification we are seeking your views on how we can offer more to our registrants in the new year. So we have created a five minute survey that we kindly ask all of you to respond to.
