According to the Scheme Operating Requirements (SORs) the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) requires CIBSE Certification, and every other Scheme, to audit a specific percentage of certificates lodged from all our registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEAs).

In order to streamline the QA Auditing procedures of the SORs, CIBSE Certification operates an online Quality Assurance Portal. The portal allows our assessors to respond to QA audit requests, to upload the relevant files and to review feedback and results.
