Welcome to the August edition of the CIBSE Certification newsletter.
Renewals 2023 / 2024
From Friday 1 September you will be able to access your invoice and pay your registration fees online, a reminder notification will be sent on this date.
A few things to make sure are up to date include:
• Your contact details, including work information
• Your insurance records
• Your 2023 CPD record
• Software certificate for LCC Simulation and EPC registrants
• Signed code of conduct
Please note that even if you pay your registration fee we will only be providing certificates and ID cards if your registration meets the compliance requirements, so you may still be suspended.

Paying by Direct Debit
Please let us know if you wish to pay by Direct Debit, if you want to change your bank details for your Direct Debit or wish to change from Direct Debit to pay by invoice. Any changes must be received by Monday 21 August so we can implement them.
Direct Debit payments will be taken from your bank account on Monday 2 October.
Digital certificate(s) and ID card
Your current digital certificate(s) and ID card will expire on 31 August 2023. You will only be able to access your renewal certificate(s) and ID card with the expiry date of 31 August 2024 once you are fully compliant and have renewed your registration.

Certification logos and marketing toolkits
Many of you are still using logos in your email signatures and websites that were superseded 10 years ago.
For EPC, DEC and LCC registrants please note that the logos contain the new UKAS logo, so it is imperative that you use the correct logos.
LCEAs can download the marketing toolkits from the Certification Lodgement Portal; LCC, HNC and ESOS registrants can request them by email to epc@cibsecertification.org
