CIBSE IT Upgrade
To allow CIBSE to release further improvements to their customer database, it is planned that the Lodgement Portal, (and QA Portal) will be unavailable during the following period:
5 pm, Friday 4 August – Sunday 6 August 2017
We have spent a lot of time running tests in advance of this and will continue to do so, to minimise the risk of any more serious interruption.
As mentioned in last month's newsletter, your annual renewal of certification is fast approaching. Could I ask you to take a few minutes to check that the details on your renewal notification are correct and to make sure that you are administratively up to date; that we have a copy of your current insurance details and that your 2016 CPD record is complete, with objectives met by activities and all of your strands of registration satisfied in terms of hours allocated.
Most of the problems that were being experienced with the CIBSE CPD site earlier in the year have now been resolved, although there are still a few improvements to be delivered in the user interface, so you should be able to complete your record now, if you were unable to previously.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems with the CPD online facility, as if so, we may need to circulate a template for you to complete as an alternative.
