NABERS UK Fees cover the various services provided under NABERS UK, are subject to VAT and payable to CIBSE Certification upon placement of order. Fees are paid in advance, subject to annual review, and are available to download from our website.
Design for Performance (DfP) Fees
Once off non refundable Fees are chargeable in advance, and are identical for Whole Building (WB), Base Building (BB) irrespective of building size with reduced charges for Tenancy (T) applications.
Annual non refundable Fees are chargeable in advance for Whole Buildings, Base Buildings and Tenancies with charges associated with building sizes i.e. less than 1,000m2 and 1,000m2 and above.
Once off non refundable Fees for training/ exams are chargeable in advance with one free of charge retake of examinations included.
Assessor Registration and Supervision Fees
Annual non refundable Fees are chargeable in advance for registration with separate supervision charges applicable as part of the the Assessor certification process.
