According to the Scheme Operating Requirements (SORs) that where implemented in 2012, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) requires CIBSE Certification, as every other Scheme, to audit a specific percentage of lodged certificates from all our registered LCEAs.

In order to streamline the QA Auditing procedures of the SORs, CIBSE Certification operates an online Quality Assurance Portal. The portal allows our assessors to respond to QA audit requests, to upload the relevant files and to review feedback and results.
