Use of UPRNs when lodging a certificate/report to the register
We have noticed that some assessors are not using the UPRN fields in the software correctly when lodging their certificates/reports to the register.
The more common issue is that assessors may forget to use the correct UPRN for the specific property and make multiple lodgements using the same UPRN. This is incorrect as the register will consider the lodgements as if they were for the same building and overwrite the previous lodgements that used the same UPRN.
It is important that the UPRN entry in the Government Approved software packages is checked for every lodgement before the lodge it completed.
PEPA Conference
The annual PEPA conference will be held at the Riverside Centre in Derby on 31 October 2023.
There will be speakers from DESNZ, HSE, DLUHC and an update on the Scottish Consultation, concluding with a panel session with scheme members.
