EPC Evidence requirements
We had feedback from our EPC auditors on the type/structure of evidence files/packs provided by assessors when called for QA audits. We have identified it would be useful to remind assessors what the evidence pack should cover, please see the section on our website.
We appreciate that every building is different, some of the items listed may not be applicable to all cases, but this is a useful starting point when submitting evidence for QA audits, or even creating an evidence folder for EPCs before they are lodged.

On 2 April 2024, CIBSE was announced as the new administrator for NABERS UK with CIBSE Certification adopting the formal administration activities.On 30 April, CIBSE, along with NABERS and BBP, hosted a webinar to provide information about the new administration, the transitional period, and give an opportunity for questions to be answered.
